Welcome to FRIENDS WITH PEERS
A Social Skills Programme for teens aged 13-17 who are interested in making friends and keeping them.
We are Cape Town based and follow the globally recognized PEERS® Social Skills Program for Adolescents.

A Parent / Caregiver must be willing to participate as the teen’s Social Coach
Programme Details
FRIENDS WITH PEERS is Cape Town based.
Our programmes run for 14 weeks at 90 minutes a group.
The last 15 minutes are for parent/caregiver brief of current lesson and handout of homework for the week.

Important Note: Parent Participation
Parents / Caregivers are an integral part of the programme, becoming the social coach of their teen.
The last 15 minutes of each session will be the parent de-brief of our current lesson, where each parent will receive a handout, which will be the “homework” for that week to practice with your teen.
